Shipping Policy

Important: All orders are currently pre-order. Ollie Bears products are currently being manufactured and all orders placed now are pre-orders. Please allow approximately 45-60 days from your order date for your item to ship. We appreciate your patience and excitement — good things take time!

Order Confirmation You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your item ships, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship throughout the United States via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

International Shipping We ship internationally via FedEx, DHL Express, and DHL eCommerce. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
